Description
This poster was created for a lecture by Prof. Dr. Helma Lutz on the transformation of care work, held as part of the 5th Sociology Research Day at the University of Kassel. The design needed to communicate the academic context while remaining visually engaging and accessible.
The project was completed under a very tight timeline — just two days including feedback rounds — requiring fast decision-making and an efficient design process. The final poster uses a bold typographic layout paired with soft, gradient-driven shapes to balance urgency, clarity, and a sense of thematic warmth connected to care work.
The client decided to go for a version I wouldn’t have chosen. The one I’m showing here is my preferred version. You can see the final one if you follow the link.
